If you’re new to yoga, this is the ideal way to begin your practice. Learn the foundations of yoga that will stand you in good stead to attend regular classes. It’s perfect for beginners and anyone wanting to revisit the fundamentals of yoga at a slower pace.
This is a dynamic practice that connects movement with breath. You’ll be led from one pose to another as you inhale and exhale, creating heat in the body and stillness in the mind. Prepare to sweat and smile!
An antidote to city life, this is a stilling practice where poses are held for anywhere between one and ten minutes. Open to all levels from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, this style of yoga allows you to relax, and heals both body and mind.
With a focus on details and alignment through posture and breath, Hatha Yoga can be a great introduction to yoga. It doesn’t provide the same cardio workout as Vinyasa, but it will leave you feeling relaxed and energised.
